food choice evening entertainment pleasant staff clean resort
the buffet had a nice choice of food and i enjoyed the restaurants. the evening entertainment lasted about an hour and it was good. most of the staff were pleasant, though i felt some reception staff could be more helpful. the resort is very clean and respectable, a great spot to unwind (windy conditions aside).

The buffet offers diverse choices. there are several restaurants. I recommend the japanese restaurant, umi. the food quality was consistently high (the desserts were beautifully presented!). the restaurants require reservations via the hotel app.

the hotel is located a short walk from a beach suitable for snorkelling, it's about a half-hour walk to agia pelagia. the setting and the grounds are very special indeed (views were pretty lovely!).

pool areas offer plenty of loungers, so finding a spot was never difficult, even when the hotel was full. the hotel provides an app upon arrival, facilitating table reservations and providing hotel information. the gym has great views (sunset!).

our room was kept clean daily and had fresh towels (a nice touch!). the room had a sea view and the views were really pretty lovely. i found it comfortable and adequate for the time i spent inside.

mostly fine stay
cliff side amazing hotel friendly staff all inclusive different treatment champagne absence restaurant access
The hotel sat on the side of a cliff. It was Amazing! all the staff were friendly. i have stayed in many all inclusive resorts but this one takes the cake. WOW!
We stayed at this resort for a stay of six nights. I feel we were treated very differently to others who stayed for seven. upon arrival we saw people receive champagne and hot towels. we did not receive this. we had booked six nights, and we were there for a full seven days, but they said as we did not book seven nights, we do not have access to any restaurants, and we would have had to pay €298 euros to dine in all three. AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS?! we really did not want to do this!

great view spacious room helpful staff great location
My suite had great views. It was really lovely to wake up to every morning. i especially enjoyed the spacious, clean room. the staff were polite, and zarzet at reception was very helpful with excursions. the location was great with easy access to the town centre by bus.
The buffet was quite repetitive. I wished i could have tried the additional restaurants, but my stay was less than seven nights.

My suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room was stylishly decorated. housekeeping cleaned every day ensuring a super clean environment. the room size was ample, nice for comfortable movement.

The main buffet restaurant offered a wide selection of well-presented food. i especially loved the main restaurant. it was so good. I really enjoyed the dessert selection, it was a highlight.

the staff addressed issues with air conditioning promptly, transferring me to another room. they provided compensation for the inconvenience, demonstrating excellent customer service. bar staff were attentive making my holiday feel special.

The hotel is near the beach. this made it easy to access for swimming and sunbathing. the location is peaceful. It offered a secluded experience, great for relaxation by the amazing pools.

friendly staff amazing food helpful team
it was fantastic from start to finish. staff were super friendly and very helpful. food options are amazing, i especially enjoyed the buffet (it had a great cake selection!).
the only tiny thing is that it stated all inclusive but you get one free reservation only when you book directly with the hotel.

the hotel location is peaceful. it is secluded, so ideal for lounging and relaxing. the setting and grounds are really special with amazing pools and superbly comfortable loungers.

the hotel offers a main restaurant with varied selection. we ate at the oceano restaurant and the food was delicious. the a la carte restaurants were also very good and we had six visits included.

Amazing Hotel with Excellent Staff!!!

We were greeted with refreshing drinks upon arrival. The cleanliness of the room was very excellent. The room included a safe for valuables. We also had a welcome bottle of wine in the room. I especially appreciated the attentive service from the staff . They were always ready to help with a genuine smile. .!!
The gym equipment was slightly outdated.

The buffet offered a diverse selection of fresh foods. The presentation was appealing and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the local dishes. The quality was superb with many tasty options to choose from. I would definitely recommend it.

The pools were pristine and well kept. There were plentiful loungers and parasols for all guests. The grounds were beautiful. It was a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The hotel is gorgeous. The views are amazing.
